Your privacy is important to PDX, Inc. and its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates ("PDX, Inc"), and we treat your private information seriously.

What we know about you:

Except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Notice, PDX, Inc. will not disclose your personal information to third parties without you or your parent's consent. However, in the event that disclosure of your information by PDX, Inc. is required by law, PDX, Inc. may disclose such information without obtaining consent.

Kids, that means that unless we ask you first or we have to share it to follow the law, PDX, Inc. will not give your personal information to anyone else that we did not talk about here.
